4. Structure of box:

The xenon lamp climate test chamber is composed of the following parts: chamber body, control system, refrigeration/dehumidification system, heating system, humidification system, air duct system, rain system, lighting system, etc< br />
Test chamber box:
The test chamber adopts an integrated structure. The upper left part of the chamber is a working room, the upper right part is an electrical control room, and the lower part is a compressor refrigeration unit. The mechanical speed device of the sample frame and the xenon lamp condensate tankAll kinds of actuating devices such as water pump and electrical control cabinet are placed on the right side of the test box for easy operation.
The inner wall of the test chamber is made of international SUS304 # stainless steel plate.
The thermal insulation material of the box is polyurethane foam and superfine glass fiber, with good thermal insulation effect. The external surface of the test box is free of frost and condensation.

Condensation part of compressor:
Refrigeration system: the core of the refrigeration system is the compressor. In this scheme, we use a fully enclosed compressor from Taikang, France, to ensure the cooling requirements of the studio.
The design of the refrigeration system applies energy regulation technology. An effective treatment method can not only ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration unit, but also adjust the energy consumption and refrigeration capacity of the refrigeration system, so that the operating cost and failure rate of the refrigeration system can be reduced to a more economical state.
Refrigeration evaporator: the evaporator is located in the air duct interlayer at one end of the test box, and is forced by the blower motor for rapid heat exchange.

Heating part:
Heater: direct heating in the test chamber;

When the fan rotates at high speed, the air in the working room is sucked into the air duct from the upper part, the heat generated by the heater and the cold energy generated by the evaporator are fully mixed in the air duct and blown out from the lower part, and the air after heat exchange with the test object in the working room is sucked into the air duct for mixing; Repeat the cycle to meet the target temperature requirements, and ensure that the test chamber can obtain higher temperature and humidity indicators.
Refrigeration/dehumidification system:
